Built for people who want results, not busywork

Answers to common questions

What does IntakeLens do?

IntakeLens is an AI nutrition tracker that helps you log meals (via photo, voice, or text), plan meals, track calories and macros, and monitor your progress over time.

How does voice-to-log work?

Tap the microphone, describe what you ate, and IntakeLens uses AI to identify the food, estimate portions, and log the nutrition automatically.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan includes daily photo analysis and core tracking features. You can compare Free and Pro on the pricing page.

Is IntakeLens available on mobile?

IntakeLens is a mobile-friendly web app — use it on any phone, tablet, or desktop browser without installing anything.

Is my data private?

Your data is yours. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, never sell your data, and you can export or delete everything at any time from the settings page.

How accurate is the nutrition data?

Most of it isn't estimated — it comes directly from USDA FoodData Central, the same peer-reviewed database used by nutritionists and researchers. For restaurant dishes and unusual items where no database record exists, we use AI to estimate based on the closest matching foods. Those results are clearly marked so you always know what's verified and what's approximate.
