By creating an account or using IntakeLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. IntakeLens is intended for users aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact [email protected] for immediate deletion.
IntakeLens is a nutrition tracking application that helps you log meals, analyze food photos and videos using AI, track macronutrients, set dietary goals, and monitor your progress. The app provides estimates and suggestions — it is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.
You are responsible for:
Nutritional analysis from photos, videos, and AI meal suggestions are estimates generated by artificial intelligence. These estimates may not be perfectly accurate. Always verify nutritional information for critical dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions. IntakeLens is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated nutritional data.
IntakeLens offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Free accounts have limited daily photo analyses and no video analysis. The Pro tier offers expanded usage limits. Subscription details and pricing are available on the Pricing page. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
You may cancel your web subscription at any time through the Settings page or from your Paddle receipt email. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Native iOS and Android subscriptions will use the applicable app-store cancellation flow after those releases are available.

IntakeLens is a food and habit tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Calorie goals, macro targets, and meal suggestions are general recommendations based on commonly used formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor). Consult a healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions, eating disorders, or are pregnant or nursing. The medication tracker is a memory and adherence aid only — IntakeLens does not validate dosages, check for drug interactions or contraindications, and cannot replace the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow your prescriber's guidance; if you are unsure whether a dose is safe to take, skip it and contact a pharmacist or your doctor.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all personal data, diary entries, recipes, and uploaded content will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
IntakeLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate nutritional data, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
